What is the CADBURY Goodness Bar?
A. It is a limited-edition Cadbury Dairy Milk Bar (200g), (“Goodness Bar”), while supplies last. You get one with your donation on this site, as a thank you gift for your donation.

When will I get it?
A. You will receive the Cadbury Goodness Bar after program closes September 30, 2023. (Allow 4 – 6 weeks for delivery).

When does this program close?
A. The Cadbury Goodness Bar offer starts May 15, 2023, and ends September 30, 2023 or earlier if one of the following conditions have been reached; the maximum $100,000 matching donation or the maximum 5,000 Cadbury Goodness Bars have been fulfilled. Full terms at GoodnessBar.ca

Will I get a tax receipt for my donation?
A. No, you will not receive a charitable taxation receipt as the program is offering a thank you gift (“Goodness Bar 200g) with your donation.

Can I get more than one Cadbury Goodness Bar?
A. Yes, but you will have to make a separate donation, while supplies last.

I received a message that I already donated today, but I have not. What should I do?
A. Make sure you are visiting www.goodnessbar.ca directly rather than a bookmarked page in your browser. Also, please try to clear cookies and cache on your browser.

How many times can I donate?
A. You can donate as many times as you like, as long as it’s a separate donation.

What are the methods of donations for this program?
A. The available methods for donation are the followings; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal and Interac for this program.

I’m entering a valid Credit Card, why won’t my donation go through?
A. Most declines are generic, so we don’t have much information as to why a charge was declined. If the card information seems correct, then it's best to contact your bank, ask for more information, and ask for future charges to be accepted.

I am having technical issues. What should I do?
A. Sometimes it is a simple thing like updating your browser. Check to be sure that you have a modern version of Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari. Also, you may want to check your browser preferences section to be sure JavaScript is enabled. Clearing your cache and cookies also helps in this instance.

I recently updated my email address. Can I change my registration information for this offer?
A. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the number of donations we receive, we are unable to change registration information.
Please note: If your contact information changes during the offer period, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request.

Can I ship my bar to a friend?
A. No, the Cadbury Goodness Bar can only be shipped to the person making the donation on the site.

If I choose to receive a coupon, when will I receive my coupon?
A. If you have chosen to receive a coupon, please allow up to 4 weeks delivery.

Where can I redeem my coupon?
A. Any participating retailer that sells Cadbury Dairy Milk 200g bars

Can I change my selected option (bar/coupon) after submission? 
A. No, once you have decided to receive a coupon or a bar, the selected option will be final.

Will I receive a confirmation email when my bar has been shipped?
A. Yes, you will be sent a confirmation email that your bar (or coupon) has been shipped.

My bar is damaged, can I get a replacement?
A. Let us know at customercare@goodnessbars.ca and we will send a replacement.

I haven’t received my bar/ coupon per shipping instructions, who do I speak to?
A. Let us know at customercare@goodnessbars.ca and we will help to sort it out.

Can I track the shipping of my bar?
A. No, It will not include tracking information.
